This kit contains nine beautiful naturally dyed colours on John Arbon’s Appledore DK. The pattern is the Kemmick shawl by Anna Husemann from John Arbon’s Annual no.3 inspired by the Exmoor landscape.
Appledore is a crunchy, bouncy yarn comprising 40% Devon Closewool / 40% Romney / 20% Exmoor Blueface and has 62m per 100g.
The kit contains 7 x 25g skeins and 2 x 50g skeins - 275g in total. The pattern is not included.
There are two colourway options. The first is identical to the photos and the second is a cooler option with the aqua replaced with the blue. See last two photos. The yarn will come in a cotton bag in wound balls ready to knit.
